由天津市足球运动协会主办、天视体育协办的“我爱足球”岳龙泉2018天津足协杯淘汰赛火热进行的同时，从天津市足球运动协会的23个青训基地当中，选拔出来的15名2008年龄段的佼佼者和8名优秀青训教练代表，于上周奔赴塞尔维亚进行交流学习。经过将近20个小时的行程，他们于北京时间10月25日晚间抵达塞尔维亚首都贝尔格莱德。 贝尔格莱德有着浓厚的足球氛围，贝尔格莱德足协有276个注册俱乐部，6支参加塞尔维亚超级联赛球队，其中就包括1991年获得欧洲冠军杯的贝尔格莱德红星队。此次天津足协选拔优秀的青少年球员和教练员代表赴塞尔维亚交流学习，目的就是近距离感受足球强国先进的足球理念。 抵达驻地之后， 教练员代表便马不停蹄的投入到培训之中， 而小球员们也随即展开了训练。 在塞尔维亚学习交流期间，小球员们每天都会与不同的对手进行一场高水平的较量，而对手的实力也是越来越强，其间还分别和塞尔维亚超级、甲级、乙级俱乐部的梯队进行了友谊赛。
